Click the Start button, then All Programs, Then PC Help and Tools Folder, then select Recovery
Manager, User Account Control Box will appear, (On my system the program that needs permission is
Restore7.exe, with an unidentified Publisher) Select Allow. The HP Recovery Manager should appear.
Click Advanced options, on the next Panel select Software program re-installation from the list of
choices and then click on Next at the bottom of the panel, then click next again and then select
Roxio Creator from the list and select next. this should start a reinstall of the software. |
